Mr. Hayko understood the personal value of the carpets, explained to me their provenance, offered alternative options for repair, cleaned them well, and offered a fair price. He spoke with me directly, politely, and took time to answer my questions. I recommend him and Anthony...whom I forgot to tip for his service. My apologies! I need to raise an additional $2,275 by Wednesday, December 24th in order to be eligible for these funds.

Member Comments:  They were prompt in getting the rugs back to me and were happy to hold them for me until I could pick them up. I thought the pricing was reasonable. The staff was pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. I have not yet taken a look at the rugs because they are still rolled up but I assume they did a nice job.
