Cleaned three area rugs that had not been touched in ten years and were quite dirty.

bravo, bravo! I can't rave enough about Hayko and his rug cleaning
service. I selected him from a long list of Angie's List suggested rug
cleaners after talking with two others with prices I thought were
unreasonable and/or difficult to nail down.
I left a phone message for Hayko and expected to wait a while for a callback. My phone rang within minutes. I expected a sales person on the other end. It was Hayko, himself. He came out to look at the rugs the next day, exactly when he said he would. He took the three rugs with him. Price quoted was exceptionally reasonable. Delivery date was exactly as promised. When he was here, there was another handmade oriental I wanted to include with the others. He looked at it, noticed several holes (the result of mildew from a flood) and told me it wasn't worth it. He easily could have said he would fix the rug and charged me a fortune. His honesty and integrity are superb. Rugs were delivered today, exactly on time, and look fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased. He's a delightful, customer-focused guy. Seems to love what he does and takes great pride in his work. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone.
