Description Of Work: This man runs a business that is very professional with excellent
service. I had an oriental rug in storage in CT. He came there, gave me
an estimate and took the rug back to his work room in Astoria. (I had
two estimates before his, and they were much more expensive.)
The rug needed repair. He has workers who re-wove the rug to perfection. I went to see the workroom and was impressed by the quality of the works in progress. The rug was cleaned and looked beautiful. He gave me a completion date and was ready to deliver it within that week. He was willing to work with me on timing because I was moving and couldn't lay the rug immediately. He held the rug for two weeks with no charge. He delivered it and installed the rug himself. He is a very special craftsman who cares personally about his work. I am sending another rug to be cleaned next month.

picked up my rug, returned calls promptly when I had questions, and
invited me to come and see the work in progress, which I did. He rug was
ready when he promised. He did me the favor of holding it for me for
two weeks, because I was moving.

The
repair portion, they send out to have done and I believe my mom said
that was really well. The cleaning aspect these people might have been a
little bit better. The professionalism was good. For the rug that needs
to be repaired, we might use them again, but for cleaning, we might
not.
